• Active & Reserve Duty — members of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, National Guard, and Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, along with their spouse or domestic partner.
• Veterans — anyone within 24 months of separating from active or reserve duty.
• Retirees — military personnel with 20 or more years of active or reserve service, including those on the Permanent Disability Retired List (PDRL) or Temporary Disability Retired List (TDRL).
• Surviving Spouses and Gold Star Family Members — a surviving spouse, child, or parent, with a copy of the DD-214, a summary of benefits letter, or a death certificate.
