COVID-19 SERVICE AND HOURS UPDATE


To Our Valued Customers, Vendors and Business Partners,

Old Orchard Nissan would like to let everyone know that we are open for business and will do everything we can, as always, to exceed your expectations on the Sales, Service and Parts side of the business. We are maintaining offering complimentary pick-up and delivery of your vehicle. Our updated hours are as follows:

  • Sales **recommended by appointment**

    Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

    Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Service and Parts

    Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Due to Illinois' ordinance, face coverings for customers & employees required.

Service Customers

We will pick-up your from vehicle from your home or place of business and bring it to Old Orchard Nissan for your desired service work*. Once the work is completed to your satisfaction, we will deliver it back to your home or business.

Sales Customers

We will bring the vehicle you are interested in to your home or place of business for a complete explanation of all features/options as well as a test drive. If you are considering a trade-in, we will be able to appraise your vehicle on the spot. If you are considering financing the vehicle or part of it, we are able to assist with financing options as well. Please contact a Old Orchard Sales representative to schedule an in-person appointment. Plus, you can shop our latest inventory and vehicle specials.

Safety

Old Orchard Nissan considers the health and safety of our employees and customers are our priority. With that said, we have taken precautionary steps to maintain a level of hygiene and cleanliness for both employees and visiting customers. This includes deep-cleaning and sanitizing across all major touchpoints in our dealership as well as the use of gloves by all automotive technicians and affiliated service employees. We will also be replacing handshakes with a friendly “Welcome”!
